So, I've already announced that I was leaving
Avanade but at the time I hadn't decided where I was heading. I was looking at several options that were obvious to a few folks that know me pretty well. At the end of the day, even though I'm a Texan at heart, I decided to move back to Jacksonville and work with a group of folks I've been working with for the past six years at
Florida Technology. This is a great opportunity for me and will allow me to spend as much time as possible with my family who has been extremely supportive of my career for the past 10 years.

I think I brought down Hertz’s website. I was updating my credit card info and received this error. Now, several other people and myself are unable to access the site.
Maybe they should consider moving to .NET 3.0 for a more stable environment, leverage VSTS Unit Testing, and deployment MOM to make sure everything is working as expected.

All of a sudden, Vista Beta 2 started playing back video in “Predator” mode as seen in this screen shot from the lasted MSDN Show episode.
I tried reinstalling the video drivers which didn’t help. However, looking through the WMP options I tracked it down to the “Use video smoothing” option, which you want to have unchecked.
